Prior to founding Trinity Leadership, Jack was a newspaper editor and then Chief of Staff to West Midlands Mayor and former John Lewis boss Sir Andy Street. Jack helped turn Sir Andy's value set and drive for action into one of the most formidable political brands in the country.
Devising and implementing the script for 'Brand Andy', Jack guided Andy to become one of the UK's only politicians with a positive approval rating. As More In Common noted - "The reaction to Street was among the most positive we have heard about a politician."
It was through crafting Andy's brand that Jack saw the power of personal branding, but also how so many others in senior positions are getting it wrong. So he formed Trinity Leadership to help other high-performing senior leaders get it right.
